Over the years, I've had the privilege of walking beside clients through some of life's biggest transitions—helping sort through decades of memories, coordinating estate sales, recommending movers, cleaners, painters, and guiding every step of the process.

This experience was personal and a humbling reminder that real estate is rarely just about a house. It's about people, memories, dreams, and chapters coming to a close. It reminds you why it's so important to be kind, gentle, understanding, and sometimes just slow down and give people the time they need.

Congratulations to my grandfather on the sale of his dream, his prized possession, and the handcrafted home he built with so much care. What an incredible legacy. I'm grateful I was able to walk beside him through this chapter, just as I've done for so many others.✨

One of the strangest parts of being a listing agent is how attached you become to homes that were never yours.

You spend months preparing them for the market, checking on them, coordinating repairs, hosting showings, answering questions, and helping sellers move on to their next chapter.

Then closing day comes.

The lockbox comes off. The sign goes in the car. You shut the garage door and drive away.

And somehow, it’s a little emotional.
