Congratulations to the most patient and kind clients I think I’ve ever had. Sometimes real estate can truly be a ride, completely out of our hands and this deal was the perfect example of that. We were under contract for 2 months waiting for the buyers home(which was in a desirable area, cute and fairly priced) to sell, when it did not we decided to go back on the market and had to deal with the ups and downs with the market and then a few months later their home has finally SOLD! Congratulations to my fantastic clients Marisol and Alec. We listed their home and because they trusted me implicitly without trying to control the outcome,we had 17 showings scheduled and went under contract for 40k over list price within 36 hours. We then went on to find their new home with more square feet and acreage outside of the city. I could not be happier for their little family. I'm so thankful for their trust and loyalty.
