Congratulations to the most patient and kind clients I think I’ve ever had. Sometimes real estate can truly be a ride, completely out of our hands and this deal was the perfect example of that. Congratulations to my fantastic clients Marisol and Alec. We listed their home and because they trusted me implicitly without trying to control the outcome,we had 17 showings scheduled and went under contract for 40k over list price within 36 hours. We then went on to find their new home with more square feet and acreage outside of the city. I could not be happier for their little family. I'm so thankful for their trust and loyalty. Here in Portage county we’ve had an abundance of Bigfoot sightings within the last week but nobody has been able to get a picture. I went out searching and ended up finding a pair! WHAT IS ONE THING YOU WANT FROM 2026???

While I have not had the time yet to sit down and get all of my numbers totaled for the year. What I do know is that I served several amazing clients this past year.
