**All houses have been rented and are no longer available.**

Take a walk through our newest rental house on Arch St in downtown Kingsport. This 1200 sq/ft new construction house that is 2 bed 2 bath will be ready for move in at the first of July. The painters are starting tomorrow then cabinets next week followed by flooring and trim the following week.

There will be carpet in the bedrooms and flooring everywhere else. Each room will have a ceiling fan along with other lighting. This house has a designated laundry room off the kitchen area.

This house will rent for $1495/month and yard work will be included. Deposit is $700.

Our pet policy in the house is 1 animal that does not exceed 40lbs with a $300 one time pet fee.
