Not every closing is easy—and this one is proof that having the right team matters.

Between condo financing, HOA requirements, flood insurance, and the unique challenges of the Outer Banks market, there were plenty of hurdles along the way. But everyone stayed focused on one goal: getting my buyers to the closing table.
