One of my favorite things about living on the Outer Banks is finding new ways to enjoy the incredible beauty that surrounds us. Recently, I spent an evening aboard the OBX Tiki Time sunset cruise, and it was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day.

We spotted dolphins playing in the water, pelicans gliding overhead, and ospreys hunting along the shoreline, and we enjoyed beautiful views of the iconic Bodie Island Lighthouse. As if that wasn't enough, Mother Nature put on quite a show with a spectacular sunset to end the evening.

One of the things I loved most is that you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks onboard. I packed a picnic basket with a bottle of wine and sandwiches from my favorite local spot, Poor Richard's Sandwich Shop, and settled in for a relaxing cruise.

If you're looking for a fun date night, a unique outing with friends, or simply a different way to experience the OBX, I highly recommend adding this to your summer bucket list!

I've reached the stage of life where "low maintenance" sounds a lot more exciting than it used to.
After renovating the interior when I purchased my home last fall, I knew the exterior was next on the list. The new siding was just finished this week with CertainTeed vinyl cedar shakes. I get the look of fresh cedar that I love, without worrying about it turning gray or needing constant upkeep. Win-win!
Huge shoutout to Eugene and the crew at Beach Builders. These shakes go up one piece at a time, and the craftsmanship is incredible. I am in love with how it turned out!

One of my favorite parts of being a Realtor is helping clients see the potential in a home—not just when they're buying or selling, but after they purchase and are ready to make it their own.

🔑 382 Homes Sold Year-to-Date
⏳ Average Days on Market: 59

Compared to last week, inventory has remained stable while homes that are selling continue to move in under 60 days on average. Buyers still have opportunities, and sellers are benefiting from strong seasonal interest as summer visitors arrive on the Outer Banks.
