🏡❤️ Closing Day ❤️🏡
Closings are always extra special, but this one was for family. I was honored to help my sister-in-law and brother-in-law sell their home and start their next chapter.

While I couldn't be happier that they'll be moving closer to their children and grandchildren, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't sad to see them leave Tennessee and head back to Florida. Having family nearby is a blessing, and they will definitely be missed.

One of the things I love most about real estate is that every transaction has a story behind it. This one was about family, love, and being closer to the people who matter most. As much as we'll miss them, there is so much joy in knowing they'll get to make more memories with their loved ones.

The spring market is in full swing! Compared to April 2025, we're seeing more activity across the board:

✅ Homes sold are up 8.9%
✅ New listings are up 8%
✅ Pending sales are up 20%
✅ Median days on market increased to 32 days
✅ Median sales price is holding steady at $369,318, just 2% lower than last year

What does this mean?

🔹 Buyers have more homes to choose from and may have a little more time to make decisions than they did a year ago.
🔹 Sellers are still benefiting from strong buyer demand, but pricing your home correctly is more important than ever.
