Thank you for your trust and confidence in TEAM MIRA.

Highly Recommend Tim Mira for Military Families Using a VA Loan

My family and I had an outstanding experience working with Tim Mira during our home-buying journey. As a military family with children and pets, finding the right property that met our unique needs was extremely important, and Tim exceeded our expectations every step of the way.

From the very beginning, Tim was an active listener who took the time to understand exactly what our family was looking for. He was open to our suggestions, patient throughout the entire process, and always provided honest recommendations based on the realities of the market and the limited inventory available on the west side of the island. We never felt pressured and always felt confident that he had our best interests in mind.

What truly set Tim apart was his superior customer service and dedication. He handled approximately 90% of the heavy lifting, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. His knowledge of VA loan requirements was invaluable, and he guided us through each step with professionalism and expertise.

If you are a military family, have children or pets, and are looking to purchase property on the island using a VA loan, I highly recommend Tim Mira. His commitment to his clients, attention to detail, and genuine care for families make him an exceptional realtor. We are grateful for his support and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future.
