Yesterday, on my way to show homes, I spotted something that stopped me in my tracks…

On a corner that is basically concrete, rock, and hard Texas clay/soil mix (you know the kind 😅), in full-on wind… I saw a Realtor fighting the good fight with her Open House sign. 🪧

And she was NOT backing down.

That sign did not want to go in the ground. The wind wasn’t helping. The soil wasn’t cooperating. But she kept at it — steady, focused, determined — until she won. 💪🏻

That’s grit. 😏

And grit matters in real estate.🙌🏼

After my showings, I followed her (very well placed 👏🏼) Open House signs and stopped in to introduce myself.

Meet Grecia Gonzalez. 💃🏽❤️‍🔥🙌🏼

She’s newly licensed and already hustling with Open Houses.

But here’s what makes her a triple threat:

• Former Transaction Coordinator — she understands contracts and the behind-the-scenes details that protect clients.
