How much difference does your budget really make when you're buying new construction in Kyle?

I toured Risewell Homes at Anthem and looked at three very different price points — all from the same builder in the same neighborhood.

We start with their lowest-priced available home at $264,990: a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath, two-story home on a 35' lot.

Then we jump to a 3,100+ sq ft home priced at $619,990.

And since they currently have another home listed around $956,000 that isn't finished yet, I toured the model version of the $619K home to show some of the upgrades and options that can push the price toward that level.

It's a pretty interesting look at just how much variety there is in new construction around Kyle right now.
