Hate to break it to you but cold calling, texting, and getting leads from your broker aren’t gonna make you tons of cash for the amount of time you put in.

There’s a point of time where you gotta grab your nuts and go all in. There are real players paying 30k-100k a month on marketing alone and they don’t complain about “I can afford to pay $10k in marketing.” Well neither could I at one point.

Go make a couple bucks or get a no interest credit card and max that thing out. Bet on yourself and make the money.

Cold Calling is a waste of time

It’s such a low dollar per hour task when you can hire it out or just spend on better forms of marketing.

COLD CALLING IS GOOD:
1. When you have no money
2. No sales experience
3. Nothing to do

There’s just more efficient ways to spend your time on tasks that make more cash. So what would I do?

1. Make offers
2. Focus on hot leads
3. Call all my warm leads or dead leads.
4. Cold call

If you wholesale, are a real estate agent, or even flip deals you are only as good as your last deal.

People post their deals under contract and it’s exciting to celebrate, but where is the money? Well the money is at closing. Once you close.. how much did you truly net after taxes? With that money that you net what vehicle can you park the cash in to go double it? You don’t have to be a transaction monkey forever. I hate seeing wholesalers or agents stay in the transactional world when this is only a phase..

The wealth principle stays the same: learn to make great income, lower your expenses, use the income to obtain assets, and drive yourself out of the day to day hustle and bustle.

I’m at a point where I am still in that wheel, however as we produce more the opportunity expands and with previously owning storage facilities and Airbnbs. I always have my eye open for the next pivot or move.

Priscilla and I decided to take a 2 month hiatus traveling around Mexico and while visiting Priscillas family in Nayarit. We found out that they knew family members of ours in a small town 20-30 minutes away. They pulled some strings and somehow got a hold of one family member whom I never heard of. When we showed up they asked me what my last name was. I told them my last name is Aguirre, but my grandpa is Ambrosio Huesias. Shortly they pieced it together and one elder in the whole town remembered my Great grandpa Raymundo Huesias… when she started sharing memories the whole family tree from all around the city came down to meet me. In short notice, they made me food, shared stories, then took me on a quad ride through the mountains of Nayarit to show us miles of mangos, lechi’s, and coconuts.

The eldest lady was the cousin to my great grandpa and they never had the opportunity to meet many others in our family.

This taught me the importance of building your own income and having the ability to have the freedom to travel when you want wherever you want. I got to spend nearly a month in Nayarit and Jalisco meeting family I never thought I’d meet. I even had my best friend join me in Mexico for 2 weeks and got to work remotely while doing so. When we left we went to Mexico City for 2 weeks and San Miguel de Allende for another 2 weeks.

In 2026, we have every opportunity to build a lifestyle that you want. Develop a skill that generates income. Find a way to monetize that skill. Then find a way to automate it.

My YouTube Got This Seller To Sell To Me $20k Less

This seller got a piece of mail from me in the form of a fake check. She ended up calling me and telling me that her brother watched my YouTube videos and decided to go with me for that reason.

Owning Real Estate Isn’t Hard. You’re Just Missing The Cheat Code.

In a world where it seems like being a home owner and living the “American dream” is impossible for anyone in their 20’s-30’s it’s easier than you think. You don’t need a 6 figure income to own real estate. However you would if you are looking to buy a home you live in especially in California.

You deserve to build a lifestyle by design. A lot of the times you just don’t know your resources.. loan types that bring you to 0 to low money down… managing out of state properties is actually easier than what you would think. Handling tenants isn’t as scary as you would think. Repairs from miles away isn’t as daunting as you would think.

There is so much that can go wrong, but there is always a solution to how it can go write.

This first home was a major learning lesson for us since we never had to put a dime into the property however it has made us $200k-$250k in equity and hundreds in monthly cash in our pocket for months.

I’m committed to being the best Father and husband.

I pray my kids and grandkids one day go through my media and get a clear timeline of their mom and I. I like to think the work I do now will shape the future and values we have as a family.

As for my daughter, I hope you one day see this when I’m gone or even when you’re older. I hope you have siblings that see this and know how loved you are and how much we love any kids that comes after. The motivation I feel everyday from holding you has 10x’d my desire to be better financially, physically, and emotionally.

Since you were born, I started taking more risk, doing more projects, learning to cook for your mom, cleaning the house where I can (to help your mom) and work from 6am - 10am then watch you from 10am-2am and repeat. The 4 hours I hold you feel electric. The sleepless nights are exciting not overwhelming.. to someone who isn’t a parent they won’t understand. As sh*tty as the sleep sounds it is a privilege to wake up to you.

To anyone reading this I pray you have this experience. If you already have I hope it stays with you forever.
