My little (big) brother bought a house today! I'm so excited for him 🫶

If you're thinking of selling this year, but feel overwhelmed by the thought of getting your house ready for the market, you're not alone!

Start small!

You can schedule a cleaning or do it yourself a little at a time. I personally like to start with this for a couple of reasons....

🤏 a little goes a long way and you'll feel a difference immediately and be motivated to keep it up

👉🏻 cleaning will help with the next step (decluttering)

🤧 (bonus) it's cold and flu season and anything you can do to keep these germs out is a good thing

Don't forget carpet and hard surface cleaning. I may be biased, but Woodard Cleaning & Restoration is the best. Having your rugs and carpets cleaned will help eliminate any odors in your home and give it a fresh feel!
