From fed up with renting to cozy in their new cul-de-sac home! 🏡✨

When this sweet growing family reached out, referred by some of my favorite past clients, they were beyond ready to get out of their rental. With a little one running around and baby number two on the way, the clock was ticking to find the right spot, so we hit the ground running!

Talk about an unforgettable week! I am absolutely over the moon for this sweet family, who welcomed their third beautiful baby just days before closing on their brand-new construction home in Watkins!

This milestone was a true test of patience and perseverance. Before the builders could even break ground, we hit major delays due to permitting issues. Building a home takes time, but when you're expanding your family, every delay feels magnified.

A full 12 months after our journey began, they finally got the keys to the perfect place to watch their family grow.

My sweet clients are continuing to build their beautiful family, and we were under contract for a brand-new construction home. But when unexpected building delays threatened major, life-altering consequences for them, we had to pivot—and fast.
