Sometimes it really does start with just one message. 📩

Not long ago, I received a DM from someone who had a simple question about buying a home. We started chatting, and I invited them to a Buyer Strategy Session so we could talk through their goals and what the process would look like.

From there, I connected them with a trusted loan officer so they could get pre-approved and understand their buying power.

Then the fun part started… house shopping. 🏡

Fast forward to today — they’re homeowners.

All because they sent a message and decided to take the first step.

Sometimes it’s not about having all the answers. It’s about asking the question.

3 years in Orange County. I love where I am today, and I’m here to stay!

✅ Made the move — Three years ago I left Northern California and planted roots in Orange County. I showed up curious and committed.
✅ Immersed myself in the business — I read local market reports, toured neighborhoods, attended broker opens, and treated every day like on-the-job training.
✅ Reached out to local experts — I asked for coffee with top agents, lenders, and inspectors. Listening first taught me more than any course.
✅ Offered to host open houses — I volunteered to run open houses for experienced agents so I could practice talking to buyers and sellers in real time.
✅ Built my online presence — I started posting consistently: listing photos, local market tips, behind-the-scenes prep, and short videos showing what makes each neighborhood special.
✅ Walked into local businesses — I introduced myself to shop owners and asked how I could highlight or promote them online — and then followed through with real posts and tags.
