I feel so blessed!
✨ MEET THE BROKER ✨
Five years ago, if you had told Bayleigh Rigdon that she would one day be leading a brokerage with over 30 agents while raising three children, she probably would have laughed and asked what you were talking about.
The truth is, none of it was part of the original plan.
A graduate of South Beauregard High School in 2013, Bayleigh met her husband, Gyth Rigdon, shortly afterward. At the time, Gyth was just beginning his music career. While many people questioned the journey ahead, Bayleigh always believed in his work ethic, determination, and potential to achieve big things.
In 2018, the couple married, and shortly thereafter Gyth auditioned for NBC’s The Voice. While he was chasing his dream on stages across the country, Bayleigh was studying for her real estate exam in hotel rooms, with the simple goal of helping manage and sell the investment properties they hoped to acquire one day.
Then she got her license.
Within two months, she closed her first transaction and quickly discovered a passion for real estate that would change the course of her career.
In 2019, Bayleigh balanced building her real estate business while traveling on tour with Gyth. When the pandemic brought the music industry to a standstill in 2020 and the couple learned they were expecting their daughter, Ivy, real estate became more than a career—it became a calling. Looking back, it was clear God had placed the opportunity in her path for a reason.
As a first-year agent, Bayleigh produced nearly $10 million in sales volume. Then, in 2021, while expecting their second child, she and Gyth made another bold decision: purchasing a brokerage.
What started with just two agents has grown into EXIT Bayou Realty, a thriving brokerage with nearly 30 agents and a reputation built on service, relationships, and community.
In 2025, the Rigdons welcomed their third child, completing their family and adding another chapter to an already remarkable journey.
Today, Bayleigh is proud of the brokerage’s growth, but even more proud of the culture that has been built along the way. The friendships, mentorship, support, and shared success within EXIT Bayou Realty are what she values most.
Looking back, Bayleigh never dreamed of owning a brokerage. She simply wanted to help sell a few investment properties for her husband, and her business grew.
Funny how God works sometimes. ❤️
