🏡 HAPPY CLOSING DAY, CHASE & LAKYN! 🔑
There’s something pretty special about getting to walk alongside clients through more than one chapter of life.
I had the privilege of helping Chase and Lakyn sell their home before, and today, I got to sit beside them as they bought their new home! ❤️
Plans change, life happens, and the road doesn’t always look exactly like we thought it would — but then the right door opens at just the right time. Today was one of those days.
Chase couldn’t physically be at the closing table because of his work schedule, but thanks to FaceTime, he was right there with us through it all. We made it work!
A huge thank you to Cody Heard with Lower Mortgage for taking care of the financing, Ironclad Title for getting us across the finish line, and Steve Floyd with Coldwell Banker, the listing agent, for working with us to make this one happen.
Chase & Lakyn, thank you for trusting me again with such a big part of your lives. Repeat clients will always mean so much to me because there is no greater compliment than someone choosing to come back and allow me to represent them another time.
