Now Accepting Applications for New Neighbors!

The house across the street is officially for sale, which means I'm reluctantly saying goodbye to some of the best neighbors anyone could ask for. They've set the bar pretty high, so this is clearly a competitive process.
Requirements include (but are not limited to):
-Mow your yard before it becomes a wildlife preserve.
-Wave when you drive by (the finger lift off the steering wheel counts).
-Be willing to exchange the occasional baked good or at least pretend to like mine.

CLOSING DAY! There is nothing better than handing the keys to a first-time homebuyer! Today was extra special because my buyer was able to stop paying rent and start building wealth through homeownership. The big surprise was that she only had to bring $18.81 to the closing table (there may have been some happy tears). The topping on the cake....her monthly mortgage payment is LESS than what she was paying in apartment rent!

There's nothing quite like handing the keys to a first-time homebuyer! Congratulations to my buyer on the purchase of his very first home! It was truly a pleasure working with him throughout the entire process. From contract to closing, everything went smoothly thanks to a great team effort.
A special thank you to April LeBlanc with Approved Mortgage for guiding the financing side and Lundy Law for handling the closing. Having knowledgeable professionals working together makes all the difference! The biggest surprise of closing day was when our buyer presented us with a thoughtful gift basket as a token of his appreciation. That kindness meant so much and was completely unexpected. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do.
