Preparing a home for the market is overwhelming, but that’s exactly where my front‑end service comes in.

When pre‑list work is needed, happy to be point person to meet the estimators at the home, gather and track quotes (no piece-mealing), so a seller has a complete package. I like to gather 2–3 quotes for each potential project.

Having a "quote book" can act as a preventative tool that keeps emotions level during what can be a very fragile stage of the transaction. Instead of reacting emotionally or feeling blindsided, the seller and buyer can negotiate confidently with verified numbers - grounding the conversation in reality.

Most quotes are straightforward. Some are just plain ridiculous. Sharing one of those gem quotes.

FUN FACTS About Neighbors Network

COST:
$300 a year for each member (when paid annual):
75% of members don't drive
We offer annual scholarships for those who can't afford the $300 (>50% of members are on scholarship (courtesy of some very generous, consistant donors)
RIDES: The member gets four (4) rides a month - TO and FROM - doctor visits, grocery store, hair appointments etc. Rides are NOT limited to service area.
SERVICE REQUESTS: Unlimited, depending on volunteer availability AND having a volunteer being able to match to the needed service. Examples of Service Request: change batteries in smoke detectors, change fitted sheet, help with computers, light repair household repairs.
Once a month, there's a planned outing (sometimes lunch at a restaurant, or breakfast with coffee/donuts at Lake Lilly etc.) These planned outings do NOT count against the 4 ride limit per month.

The Neighbors Network office space is also donated. Their office is located in the old Everett HUSKEY Realty building in Maitland on 17-92 , a few doors down from the old GOONEY GOLF next to the the railroad overpass.
