🏡 CLOSED | 8161 33rd Avenue South #306, Bloomington

Last week we closed on this condo at Reflections in Bloomington.
This one reminded me of something I’ve learned over the years. A good sale isn’t always a fast one. Sometimes it takes patience, a few adjustments along the way, and staying steady until the right buyer comes along.

People see the sold sign. What they don’t see is everything in between. The showings and the feedback. The negotiations. The inspection. The association documents, which on a condo are a project all their own. A hundred small details that all have to line up before anyone gets to the closing table.

Honestly, that’s the part I value most. Not because it’s easy, but because that’s when people need someone in their corner.

Brian and Sae, thank you for trusting me through all of it. I’m grateful I got to help you move forward, and I wish you both nothing but the best.

And to the new owners, congratulations. I hope this becomes a place full of good memories.
