Not satisfied being a traditional broker, Scott began to buy and sell his own investment properties leading to developing a new subdivision in Evergreen Colorado. From there Scott added a construction/development company of his ownership if Sabina and Company creating small residential developments including buying distressed properties and then remodeling and selling for profit. Scott has been successful throughout his 30 plus years in Real Estate through all the market cycles using his constant study of the economy and properly forecasting market adjustments and opportunities before they occur.
