I want to give a GIANT congratulations to my brother, RJ ( Robert Sherwood ), on the purchase of his first home!
RJ, you have worked your butt off and you are so deserving of this accomplishment.
A few minor hiccups and being put on hold during the government shut down (with a USDA loan) we finally made it to the closing table. 🎉 Your patience and perseverance are unmatched!
