From finding me on Instagram to building their very first new construction home! 🏡🔑
Congratulations to this incredible family! It was an honor helping an active-duty U.S. Air Force Major, who also serves as a physician!
Our journey started with touring model homes, exploring available homesites, and walking through the entire new construction process. They found the perfect homesite, secured it, and the waiting began!
We also secured $50,000 in builder credits, which covered ALL of their closing costs and helped them secure a mortgage rate in the 5% range! In today’s higher interest rate environment, that was a huge win for this family!
But like most real estate journeys, there were a few unexpected challenges along the way.
During construction, the wrong kitchen island was installed. Initially, the builder told my clients nothing could be done. After stepping in and working together toward a solution, we were able to get the correct kitchen island installed!
Then came the next challenge: selling their current home while coordinating the closing of their new one.
Their home went under contract in just 6 days, and we negotiated a leaseback to give their family extra time for a smoother transition.
One of the most meaningful moments of this entire journey was when my client told me he believed it was divine intervention that brought us together. The timing was incredible: I had posted a video, and his family happened to see it while exploring what new homes might be available near their neighborhood. That video ultimately led them to reach out, and the rest became an unforgettable journey.
Coming from someone who dedicates his life to serving our country and caring for others, those words meant a great deal to me.
