Las Vegas home prices just pulled back from their record high. 👀

The median price dropped to $480,000 in July, while more than 7,400 homes were on the market without offers—giving buyers more choices and more negotiating room.

But buyers haven’t disappeared. Sales are actually slightly higher than this time last year. They’re just being more selective.

We’re moving toward a more balanced Las Vegas market—and for sellers, pricing, presentation and marketing matter more than ever.

One of the things I love most about living and working in Las Vegas is that there’s always somewhere new to discover.
