Something BIG is hiding behind Ascension in Summerlin South!

We discovered this massive development while filming drone footage nearby, so naturally, we had to go exploring (and a few rocks along the way!). 🏜️

Meet Ironstone, an upcoming Pulte Homes community with more than 400 homes planned across approximately 231 acres.

It's still early, but grading is well underway, and this is definitely one to watch!

Home prices remain relatively stable, but buyers are gaining more options as inventory grows and sales slow.

The August numbers tell the story:

🏡 Median home price: $475,000

📉 Home sales down 11.9%

📈 Available inventory: 7,590 homes

⏱️ 52.2% of homes sold within 30 days

For buyers, that means more choices and potential negotiating opportunities. For sellers, accurate pricing, presentation and a strong marketing strategy are more important than ever.
