The longer I’ve been in real estate, the more I’ve realized something...

The skills I rely on most every day weren’t learned in a licensing class. They were learned through life.

Every experience, from growing up as the middle child, studying music professionally, coaching CrossFit, and becoming a mom, has shaped the way I serve my clients.

Real estate isn’t just about contracts and houses. It’s about listening, preparing, solving problems, and staying steady when things don’t go according to plan.

One of the greatest surprises of becoming a Realtor hasn’t been the transactions- it’s who I’ve become along the way.

I’ve met incredible people, grown in confidence, and discovered I can do hard things.

My favorite part though is that my kids get to watch it all happen. They see the long days, the tough negotiating, the excitement when a family gets keys to their new home, and how it’s possible to work hard while still finding joy along the way.

My youngest asked to be part of my branding photos, brought her crown, and insisted I wear it.

I’ll proudly wear any crown she gives me. 💕

A balanced market typically has 4-6 months of inventory. Some Capital Region areas are currently under TWO months… and one district is sitting at just .29.

That means buyers are competing for an incredibly limited number of homes, which explains why so many people feel frustrated right now.
