Congratulations to Tori & I’s seller client on the successful sale of her family’s home yesterday! 🥂

This was an emotional one, as the seller has had this cabin in her family for many, many years. They built it with logs from the property itself! It truly is one of a kind. ❤️

While price is always important, the seller really wanted this home to go to someone who valued how special it is more than anything else! We were able to secure buyers who did just that. They came all the way from Florida to find a unique home with some privacy, and this checked all the boxes for them. ✅

Against multiple offers, the buyers gave our seller above asking price, they were flexible with closing date & inspections, AND they are in love with the home. It sold in less than a week! Our seller couldn’t be happier for her family home to be passed on to a lovely new owner. ☺️

I had the pleasure of helping them sell their starter home in Albany (which will close in a week or two) AND helping them find their forever home in Bethlehem! Coordinating two coinciding transactions isn’t always the easiest, but we did it! I was able to work with my clients to take away their contingency, in turn helping them land this home even though their were other offers ☺️

A wonderful family closed on this beautiful Bethlehem home on Tuesday!!

I had the privilege of working with them for a year and a half to find the perfect home! They lost out on a few others before this, due to our crazy competitive market. But in the end, it all made sense because this is where they were supposed to be. 🥰
