RE: Paint Selection Membership Vote
Dear AOC Unit Owners,
We are pleased to announce that the Association is moving forward with the selection of the new paint colors for our building. Your participation is important because this change constitutes a
material alteration therefore unit owner approval is required.
Attached for your review are the two proposed color schemes. These color options were also presented at the Board meeting held on Tuesday, November 19th, and are also being displayed in
the lobby for everyone to view.
To help visualize how the colors will look, a small section of the wall has been painted on one of the south cabana walls facing the beach, which is also the same color currently used on the mezzanine level.
Enclosed you will find the color options along with a proxy for your vote. To be clear, you are either voting for or against the Boards proposed white for the exterior walls and grey for the
balcony floors. This color scheme will bring the building to a more modern look that aligns with many recently updated buildings on the Galt. The other option is to keep the current color scheme.
It is important that we get everyone’s vote back in time for the Special Membership Meeting scheduled for Wednesday Dec. 17th at 3PM. Please note, that proxies do not have to be mailed
back, they can be emailed to [email protected].
We look forward to your feedback and participation in selecting the new colors that will enhance the beauty of our community.
Sincerely,
Your Atlantic Ocean Club Board of Governors

Balcony Use and Pet Waste Policy
Attention Atlantic Ocean Club Residents,

Management has received reports from our contractors conducting the balcony restoration project that some residents are allowing their pets to use their balconies as waste areas, including the use of artificial turf and waste pads. Please note this is a violation of the building’s Rules and Regulations.

Balconies are not intended for pet waste, and doing so creates health and sanitation concerns. Residents must immediately discontinue this practice and use outdoor areas for their pets. Continued violations will result in enforcement action and fines.

As a reminder, balcony access remains restricted for the 01, 03, and 05 stacks while restoration work is ongoing. No one should enter or place items on these balconies until further notice.

Thank you for your cooperation.
