Buying a home isn’t always a straight line. 🏡

Sometimes it’s exciting. Sometimes it’s overwhelming. Sometimes you walk into a house and immediately know, “Yep… not this one.” 😂

And that’s exactly why you want the right real estate agent by your side.

Someone who celebrates the wins with you, talks you through the disappointments, answers the million questions, tells you when to keep looking, and stays in your corner until you find the one that feels right for YOU. 🤍

Because at the end of the day, it’s not about getting you into a house.

It’s about helping you find your home. 🏡✨

And we’ll be right there with you through every up, down, “maybe,” “absolutely not,” and “OMG THIS IS IT!” along the way. ❤️

KC first-time buyers: “Can I actually afford this every month?” 🏡

Yes, interest rates are still higher than the national lows everyone seems to be attached to… BUT rental rates are still high too.

So instead of getting stuck on the rate alone, let’s look at YOUR numbers.

What does your comfortable monthly payment look like?
What areas are you considering?
What are the property taxes in those areas?
What would your actual monthly payment look like once we factor everything in?

Because an online mortgage calculator can only tell you so much. I want you to know what the numbers actually look like for the homes and areas you’re considering.

And if we run the numbers and you say, “Nope, that payment doesn’t work for me,” that’s okay!

We rework it until it makes sense for your life and your budget. ❤️

And I bet it’s more attainable than you think.

Don’t have a local lender? I do! Several, actually. We’ve got you. 🤝

You don’t need to know if you’re ready to buy yet. Let’s just figure out what buying could look like for YOU.
