Real estate friends, with Labor Day weekend here and a new season around the corner, maybe it’s a good time to think about what’s next. 🍂

Sometimes we get comfortable. We keep doing what we’ve always done because it works. But sometimes, exploring something different is exactly what we need to level up.

For me, learning more about EXIT opened my eyes to opportunities I hadn’t considered before, especially EXIT’s unique residual income opportunity and the ability to build something beyond my own transactions.

EXIT New Options Real Estate welcomes Matt Swaine!

Matt brings a lifetime of local knowledge, community commitment, and public service to his career in real estate. A lifelong resident of North Central Massachusetts, Matt has lived in Leominster for all but six years of his life, when he resided in neighboring Westminster. His roots in the region run especially deep—his family’s history in North Central Massachusetts can be traced back to the late 1660s, when the area was part of the town then known as Lancaster on the Nashua.

Before entering real estate, Matt dedicated his career to serving the community as a Leominster Police Officer, retiring at the rank of Sergeant. Public service is also a family tradition, as Matt is the son of a retired Leominster Police Lieutenant. That background instilled in him the values of integrity, responsibility, communication, and service to others—qualities he now brings to every client and transaction.

Matt chose to join EXIT New Options Real Estate because its philosophy closely reflects his own: a locally owned brokerage with deep roots in the communities it serves, backed by best-in-class training, technology, marketing resources, and a supportive, people-first culture.
