Last month, employees from across The Justus Companies came together for the 2026 Justus Summit—a day focused on how we Live. Work. Connect.
Throughout the day, our teams exchanged ideas, gained a better understanding of each other’s roles, and identified ways to work more effectively together. Sessions focused on customer service, time management, artificial intelligence, wellness, community involvement, and the future of The Justus Companies.
One of the most meaningful parts of the Summit was hearing directly from employees about their day-to-day responsibilities, the challenges they face, and the simple things we can all do to work better together. We also enjoyed time outside the office through yoga, walking, and nature activities.
The Summit was a great reminder that while our roles and responsibilities may be different, the work we do is connected—and our success begins with our people.
