Exciting developments are on the horizon for Pompano Beach!
🌴 The proposed Aspire 1650 project aims to provide 90 affordable housing units, catering to residents earning up to 120% of the area median income (AMI), which is currently $89,100 in Broward County.
This eight-story building will not only offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts but also a wealth of amenities including a fitness center and communal spaces.
With a budget of around $40 million, this initiative is a collaborative effort between the Broward Partnership for the Homeless and Green Mills Group, aiming to create a supportive community environment.
While Aspire 1650 will not serve as a homeless shelter, it will extend the services of the North Homeless Assistance Center, ensuring that residents have access to vital resources.
This project represents a significant step towards addressing the affordable housing crisis in our area.
