SINCE 1964 In 1967 Ernie became the sole owner of TESCO.

TESCO was established in 1964 by Ernie Churda and William Coke. In 1967, Ernie received a request to build a specialty hopper trailer. Ernie designed and manufactured the first trailer in the evenings after the service department closed and the first Cornhusker800 Trailer was delivered in 1968 to Searcey Grain Company in Lewiston Nebraska. In 1983 we began building Rock Pup Chassis when Ernie rece

ived a special request for a unit of its kind. Our chassis had other companies boxes installed on them but in 1992 Ernie and former engineer Karl Sorensen designed, built, and began selling Cornhukser800 Aluminum Dump Bodies. The name Cornhusker800 (as we are known today) came from the location of the facility, which is where we are still located today. Contact Dave in our Sales Department to get a quote.
