Kelly read an investment book not quite two decades ago, and then decided to buy a laundromat as an investment property, knowing nothing about it other than she wanted to do it, so she did, all while keeping her “day job”. Now she helps people transitioning through the stages of their lives, as they jump right into their next big project without looking back. Jaci spent her time before real estate as a mental health specialist, and moved about a dozen times in her life through many different states, crossing the country once or twice. She knows what it’s like to relocate and start somewhere new, and she knows just how to help people relocating to settle into a new place. Ron stepped into the retail world right out of high school, where he perfected customer service, then moved into property management/multifamily housing world, where he put those skills to work helping people find a place to call home. Since he has always had a love of real estate and people, after 7 years in management, Ron decided to make the move into real estate sales, and is ready to help you with your next move. Courtney’s career spans from a decade plus of teaching Spanish, to working in the community with local non profits like the Tree House of Lititz Foundation, whose inclusive playground offers children of all abilities a welcoming place to play and belong. She’s also managed student athletic schedules, team fundraising for events, and went on to create Courtney's Custom Cakes, making cakes that rival anything you would see on those TV shows. Joe is a lifelong resident of Lancaster County whose 10+-year career in refugee services helped him discover a passion for seeing all kinds of people succeed in our local housing market. This passion led him to cofound ReHome Marketplace, a non profit whose mission is to help strengthen communities by connecting new neighbors to stable housing, landlords to great tenants, and both sides to support throughout the lease. Since 2021, Joe has matched 150+ tenant families with homes, discovering along the way how much he enjoys working with all kinds of housing providers. Now as a Realtor, Joe helps sellers and buyers find and create more great housing opportunities. He speaks Spanish conversationally, Arabic with professional fluency and is ready to help you anytime. Jason used to work in the water/sewer business until he got laid off, and since he didn’t have a college degree to open doors for him, decided to open them himself by “giving this real estate thing” a try back in 2003. Starting with Rookie of the Year in his first year, has won more awards than he can remember or you care to hear about. Working to get his Broker’s license, earning designations, training and managing a 70 person plus sales team, teaching classes and volunteering. Serving on Realtor Association Boards of Directors and in various Leadership roles so he can be in the places where decisions that change the real estate industry are made, he has spent his time in real estate staying on the leading edge of change, helping hundreds of home sellers and buyers navigate whatever the market throws at them.
