Spring Market is here and this is the update on the market and the numbers comparing March 2025 to March 2026.

Each of these categories have gone up.

So as a seller looking at these numbers, what do they mean for you?

Compared to last years numbers- there are more houses listed, and houses are sitting on the market longer because there are more choices. A benefit as a seller is that the median home price has gone up so you could potentially see more of a profit.

As a buyer, what do these numbers mean for you?

The median sales price has gone up compared to last year, so that means you may pay more for the house you like, but overall these numbers are in your favor, with more homes to choose from, houses sitting longer, you could find a home that checks all the boxes!
