📉 The housing market is showing signs of slowing, but opportunities still exist for prepared buyers and sellers.

According to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), pending home sales declined in June, as elevated mortgage rates, record-high home prices, and limited housing inventory continue to keep many buyers on the sidelines. First-time home buyers are feeling the greatest impact, while affordability remains one of the biggest challenges across the country.

There are encouraging signs, though. Mortgage rates are lower than they were a year ago, wages are growing faster than home prices, and the labor market remains strong. The codergals Initiative aims to teach elementary school girls in grades 3 to 5 all about coding, empowering children with valuable skills in the field of technology. By providing access to coder education, codergals hopes to inspire young girls to pursue careers in STEM and help to bridge gender gaps in the tech industry.

Classes are held on April 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th. Please register only if you can attend ALL sessions.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops.
