Everyone loves a good before and after video/photos. He’s a couple recent projects we consulted on to raise both rental value and selling price.

1st video and pics 2-6 is of a current available rental that was very outdated and due for a facelift. We kept lots of the 1912 charm while updating kitchen, bathroom , floors, heating, paint, and plumbing. This only took 2.5 weeks to complete!

7-10 is of recent condo Insold for dear friends that needed a refresh. We patched it up, painted the entire place and boy did that make a difference. Other condos were selling for $540k and with some paint and updating electrical we were able to get an ALL CASH offer of $580k weeks after going back on the market. Amazing what a lil work can do to properties selling appeal.

This is one of the many things you get when you hire an agent and design consultant like me to to get the work done. Thinking about selling but want to spruce up your place before. SOLD- Project #7 in the books. After dealing with some of the toughest market conditions in years, 3649 Gaviota is officially sold. There were lots of obstacles throughout the entire process that pushed me to the limits but happy I was able to navigate it and get this project done.

Remodel #7 all complete! Can’t get enough of Innerbloom Properties latest remodel in the historic Cal Heights Neighborhood in Long Beach. This home retains several of its original characteristics while modernizing both bathrooms and a chefs kitchen.

The backyard also has a dreamy patio perfect for outside relaxing or dining. The back yard has a detached garage and huge back yard with plenty of space to install a pool or kids play area.

Another Innerbloom Properties remodel home Sold! I came across this opportunity to buy this duplex in Signal Hill and I knew I had jumped on it. This is actually the 6th side I’ve sold this building! Check out some before and after pics.

We were able to purchase, remodel , and sell this property in 2 months, a new record time for me personally. It worked out great because I not only listed the home, but also met and represented my awesome buyers on this investment property. Deal went smooth as possible and we’re already looking for another investment property as we speak!
