Fence pickets had separated on top of this gate; and the hinge was half off. The post had also warped (or was already warped when installed).

ALL that meant it wouldn’t close. First time fixing this but I did it! Used my NEW one hand reciprocating saw.

They market it as a ‘one hand’ instead of a ‘mini’. Does that make it more manly? Because I still need 2 hands to use it since I have baby hands!

It’s always easier to nip things in the bud so to speak, especially with home maintenance. Took 2 minutes to clear out this drain. And YES there is a hair catcher. This family has tried 4 different ones.

It’s virtually impossible to stop all hair from going down the drain. You can get drain weasels at any big box home store like Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Day 93 of my fancy makeup: Texas sweat. That brand also has my hair looking ON pointe… Texas wind & dirt mix. 10 out of 10! Patricia (my left cheek) is acting up per usual though, and is hotter than the right one.

It doesn’t matter how covered up I am showing land, or what I spray on me I still come out with bites. Long socks, jeans tucked in socks, boots on, all my clothes on!😂. I’ll get home and find bites on my hips and back like I was streakin….
