Closing day is always a good day! 🏡🔑

So happy to celebrate another successful closing and, most importantly, a wonderful outcome for my seller.

There’s a lot that happens between putting a home on the market and sitting down at the closing table, and I’m grateful for the trust my clients place in me to help them through every step.

Paint can change. Location can't.

One of the biggest things I tell buyers when we're walking through homes is to separate the things you can change from the things you can't.

Paint? Change it.
Light fixtures? Easy.
Flooring? Fixable.

But the location? The lot? The basic layout of the house?

Those deserve a little more thought.

It's easy to walk into a home and get distracted by someone else's decorating choices. Sometimes you have to look past what's there today and ask yourself:

Could this become the home I want?

That's where having the right set of eyes beside you can make all the difference.

It’s almost State Fair time! Like it's starting tomorrow!!!🎡

The returns August 20–30, which means 11 days of exhibits, animals, food, rides and plenty of opportunities to make some end-of-summer memories with the family.
