Most people spend more time researching a new TV than they do hiring a Realtor.

That’s a mistake.

Here are 5 real estate truths most agents won’t tell you:

1️⃣ If an agent’s marketing plan is just the MLS and open houses, keep interviewing.

2️⃣ The listing price is a strategy. The sales price is what matters.

3️⃣ Some agents will promise a higher price just to win your listing. The market always has the final vote.

4️⃣ A great agent is like insurance. You may not appreciate their value until something goes wrong.
