Kentuckiana Property Management is GROWING AGAIN!

And we may just be looking for YOU!

The job: Assistant Property Manager

The duties: You will manage a rental portfolio of 500+ units from single-family rentals, apartments, and multifamily properties across Kentucky and Indiana. You will be the point of contact for prospective and current tenants, handle leasing inquiries, showings, move-ins and move-outs, and maintenance follow-through all while building relationships with residents, owners, and vendors.

Need To Know: Evening and weekend showings happen as needed and this role will share an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance with the HOA and rental teams. The schedule is hybrid after your first 90 days with three days in office required each week once training is completed.

The day-to-day: Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule and conduct property showings, guide applicants through the application process, prepare lease agreements, renewals, notices, and resident documentation, coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, receive, document, and follow through on maintenance requests, support rent collection, resident account management, and delinquency follow-up, keep tenant files, lease records, and AppFolio up to date, and support marketing efforts to keep vacancies low and resident retention high.

If you have a high school diploma, 2+ years of experience in property management or a closely related field, at least 1 year of customer service experience, are organized, professional, and ready to build something from the ground up, you are encouraged to apply!
