This is how I feel about HOME.

As an agent, I talk about building long term wealth through real estate. And it’s something I’m definitely passionate about.

But never underestimate how much homeownership is worth it, right here, right now.

I’ve seen it over and over again in my own life, with my own clients. But I’m not alone on this.

According to Home Bay, a Clever Real Estate publication, 90% of homeowners said they are happier since owning a home and 78% said they’d never rent again.

Homeowners rate their overall happiness as 7.5 out of 10 on average, compared to just 6.2 for leaseholders.

The stability homeownership brings, plus the privacy and having a place to really make your own are all factors that contribute to the overall happiness of homeowners.

In other words, building long term wealth while living in a home you love is simply a bonus!

Everyone’s situation is different, but it is so important to really stop and assess where we are in life and how it is (or isn’t) serving us.
