An unpopular opinion from a real estate agent. 🤫 I'd rather lose a deal than rush someone into a home that doesn't actually make sense for them.

Most people assume agents are always going to push buying because that's how we get paid. I get it, but that mindset is exactly why so many people end up making one of the biggest decisions of their life under pressure they didn't need to be under.

My job isn't to convince you to do anything. It's to give you the full picture, walk you through the math, and help you figure out what makes sense based on the life you're actually living right now.

Buying a home in Lubbock is one of the biggest financial decisions in a person's life. And the behind the scenes work is where deals are made or lost.

That's where I spend most of my time.

Calling listing agents, reaching out to my network, and finding homes before they hit the MLS. Doing diligence on properties before you waste your time touring one with major red flags. And when it's time to write an offer, I already know what the seller cares about, so we can come in strong without overpaying.
