tion is listing property and getting it sold. Over the last 10 years, Cheryl has consistently closed a home every 3.5 days with a majority of that volume coming from her sold listings. With her ever increasing number of satisfied clients, Cheryl became one of those select individuals ranked within the Top 1% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates throughout the United States. Through consistent communication with her sellers and buyers regarding market activity and changes,
and providing valuable assistance in helping sellers "stage" their homes for maximum visual impact and
quicker sale, Cheryl has become one of the most successful listing agents in Lubbock. Due to her expertise, Cheryl was previously selected from among 40,000 Coldwell Banker agents nationwide to demonstrate her listing presentation at the Coldwell Banker National Convention. Cheryl has several professional designations: GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), CRS (Certified
Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), and CNS (Certified Negotiation Specialist). Cheryl has received several prestigious awards through the Lubbock Association of REALTORS® including
“Salesman of the Year” award in 1987, "REALTOR® of The Year" in 1998, and the highest award given the
"Pinnacle Award" in 2008 and the Distinguished Award in 2015.Cheryl is consistently one of the Top Producers in the city. Cheryl has served in every position available in the Lubbock Association of REALTORS® and was on the
Board of Directors for Lubbock Association of REALTORS® for many years. She served as a Director for
the Texas Association of REALTORS® for two terms, was the Chairman of the Texas Association of REALTORS® convention held in Lubbock in 1991, the President of the Lubbock Association of REALTORS® in1994, and served as Chairman of the Board in 1995. Cheryl is on the Real Estate Advisory Committee for South Plains College.
