So this is right on for this week.

I was helping a relocation client moving to Lubbock that was in town for a few days this week. Several of the house options we found weren't listed for realtor access and one even said "we dont cover realtor fees". While not ideal that house stayed on the list until my client found the one. Of course the one didn't have realtor fees built in either but he is working with me since I brought him a great future tenant.

Yes some realtors would not put in the time/effort but her peace of mind when her anxiety dropped after finding the one was the win.
