The coolest farmhouse in Hereford just closed!

We were able to really build up the demand and position this home in the best light possible

The sellers did a fantastic job on their end getting it ready

It went under contract nearly immediately with great terms although there were some bumps in the road with it being an older home

We addressed them head on so we can deliver this home to the next family and they can move in stress free
