Our team at Tom Smith Land & Homes spent the day with Pierce Young of Mississippi Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks, gaining valuable insight into property evaluation and land stewardship through the Mississippi Private Lands Program.

Pierce provided a deeper look into how landowners can enhance wildlife habitat, implement conservation practices, and utilize state-supported programs to improve the overall value and usability of their property. This training allows us to better equip our clients with informed, practical recommendations tailored to their land goals.

It was a great day of fellowship, learning, and time spent together as a team. We’re thankful for opportunities like this that help us grow and better serve our clients across Mississippi and beyond.
