NPLA Conference ence is officially over; I am heading back up to New England. I made a lot of connections, gained insghts on how to move BJF Lending LLC to the next level to be better for my loan clients and investors, and have new visions and inspirations for next steps. I will do a more detailed write-up and or video in the coming days.

I want to give a big thank you to Gary Botchman, Darcy Holmes, and Jacqueline Botchman for helping with all my Florida logistics. Thank you Dave Canning for everything- you're the man! Grateful for my family, friends, clients, and associates who believe in and have helped me push the BJF Lending vision forward. I'm about 2 years deep into this venture, excited for the momentum I have gained thus far, and even more excited for what's to come🙏

I'm excited to announce that Q1 is off to a strong start for BJF Lending LLC and our loan clients. We have taken on two new investors and one new capital partner in the last 30 days. This means our funding offerings are coming in more competitive than ever for fix and flip loans and small multi-family bridge loans in New England and beyond. This means I can offer competitive referral fees if you send me a loan client. BJF Lending LLC's loan client in New Hampshire needed a refinance out of his construction loan to get additional funds to get the project over the finish line. We funded him in a little over 3 weeks and he's getting ready to take his first construction draw this week to keep the project moving forward. He decided to go with us because of our easy to work with draw process and how easy it was to get to the funding table.
