AGENT SPOTLIGHT | Meet Stephen Pliaconis

A lifelong South Bay resident, Stephen’s roots here run deep. He grew up in El Segundo, graduated from El Segundo High School, continued his education at El Camino College and Cal State Long Beach, and has always looked for ways to stay connected to the community that shaped him.

One of the biggest has been football.

Stephen began coaching with El Segundo Youth Football before joining the staff at Junipero Serra High School in Gardena, where he has spent nearly a decade helping young athletes develop both on and off the field. For him, coaching is about mentorship, discipline, confidence, and giving back in a meaningful way.

That same investment in people carries directly into his real estate career.
