Today marks 8 years of being a Realtor, and what a journey it has been. ❤️

The market today looks very different than it did just a few years ago.

Back in 2021-2022, homes were selling quickly, often with multiple offers and over asking price. Today, buyers are more informed, more selective, and taking their time before making decisions. That means many homes are sitting longer and selling for less than sellers expected.

One of the biggest mistakes I’m seeing right now is pricing a home based on what it would have sold for a few years ago instead of what the current market supports today.

I’m never going to give you a sales pitch just to win your business. I’ll always be honest with you, even when the conversations are tough, because pricing correctly from the beginning matters. Overpricing can often lead to longer days on market, price reductions, and less buyer interest over time.

My goal is to help you make the best decision for your situation and guide you through today’s changing market with honesty and realistic expectations.
