Just a weekend turn-around that reminds me why I love this job! 🤍

I got a referral Saturday morning for a new buyer planning a move from Andover to Pequot Lakes 🌲🏡 They’d been watching a home, and when the price dropped they were ready to act!! We scheduled a showing for Sunday morning, and soon after touring, we were already talking offer strategy.

I believe in staying on top of every detail so I was connecting with the listing agent and calling the lender to get their pre-approval in hand. My kids even tagged along for the day, and somehow we still made it to their friend’s birthday party 🎉

And by tonight… their offer was accepted! 🙌 I feel so blessed to be able to guide amazing clients through moments like this and help make their next chapter possible!
