Some homes stay with you long after the sale, and 7015 Rindge Avenue is one I’ll never forget.

From the sweeping ocean views and unforgettable sunsets to the fruit-filled garden and rich Playa del Rey history, this home was truly something special. Every room had its own character, and deck gatherings came with a view of sailboat races, fireworks, and coastal living at its best.

What made this sale especially meaningful, though, was the opportunity to work alongside wonderful clients who cared deeply for their home and entrusted me with helping them move to their next chapter. Those relationships are always the most rewarding part of what I do.

After three days of extended showings, 8 offers were submitted by the deadline.

All but one were “end users”—couples excited to live in this El Segundo home themselves. It sold for $1,375,000.
