Not every day is a good day in the equipment rental business… and today definitely put us to the test. 😂

A customer had a track pop off while working on some seriously uneven terrain. Getting to the machine wasn’t exactly easy either, I damn near got the truck stuck trying to make it up there.

But at the end of the day, we got the machine taken care of, got the customer back up and running, and most importantly…

HAPPY CUSTOMER. 🤝

They absolutely loved the machine and the way it performed for their project.

Things don’t always go perfectly, but that’s exactly why I take customer service seriously. When you rent from ECM Rentals, I’m not just dropping a machine off and disappearing. If something happens, I’m going to do everything I can to make it right.

New machine is ready to go for its first rental this weekend, grapple attachment done, ran around to 3 different stores to find the right fittings to get the hoses to 90* off the machine so it works a little more comfortably for the customer.
